Allison joined the firm after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law and she primarily advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries on matters involving estate and trust administration. Allison’s practice includes working with and advising personal representatives and trustees on compliance with probate and trust laws, as well as estate, gift, generation skipping, and fiduciary income tax planning and compliance.
Allison is a 2021 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. During her time in law school, Allison served as the Senior Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law journal and worked as a research assistant to S. Alan Medlin, the David W. Robinson Professor of Law, where she primarily focused on editing the Probate Practice Reporter. Allison was inducted into the Order of the Coif and was the recipient of the Arthur B. Custy Memorial Scholarship, the Albert C. Todd Estate Planning Award and the CALI Award for Legal Research, Analysis and Writing.
